Jack Leonard

SONGWRITER, PRODUCER.

Jack Leonard is a songwriter, producer and former member of the critically acclaimed duo, UNKLE. Throughout his career he has collaborated with several top artists including Queens of The Stone Age, A$AP Rocky, Mick Jones (The Clash) & Michael Kiwanuka.

Since leaving UNKLE he has turned his focus to writing and producing.  Jack’s productions are full of character - always built around writing the best song possible.  He has a degree in English Literature and as such brings a razor sharp focus to lyrics and concepts.  He aims to fully realise the vision of the artist; if they have something to say/ an energy and a drive, he will get something special out of them.

His most recent cuts include Banners, Baby Queen, Caity Baser, Tiggs Da Author, Joe Unknown and Sam Ryder. Jack’s artist project Cheapcuts have also enjoyed success with features from artists such as Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy, Jamie N Commons and Pigeon John - the latter recently placing on EA Sports Madden 25 official soundtrack. 

His close co-writing circle includes: Cam Blackwood, King Ed, Matt Zara, Benjamin Frances Leftwich, Jon Green, Two Inch Punch, Max Wolfgang, Dan McDougall and Jimmy Hogarth etc
